• Operational Efficiency: Monitor and optimise warehouse processes, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and safety compliance, to enhance productivity and minimise errors.

• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyse shift performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
