A leading logistics company is looking for a Shift Manager in Northampton to oversee warehouse operations. You'll lead a team to meet targets, drive engagement, and ensure compliance with safety standards. We're looking for a Shift Manager to join us at our Halfords contract, at our site in Crick, Northampton. You'll be responsible for the efficient running of the warehouse shift, ensuring optimum use of resources to deliver 1st class customer service, whilst taking a proactive approach to enhancing employee engagement and their development whilst driving forward a culture of continuous improvement.
This is a full time, permanent position, where you'll be working on an any 5 from 7' shift pattern. The hours of work will rotate weekly between 05:30 - 14:00 and 13:30 - 22:00.
You'll be paid a salary of £38,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending upon experience.
