Asda is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager at Washington CDC to lead a warehouse team, overseeing goods receipt, storage and dispatch while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

You will collaborate with other managers to drive productivity, manage stock integrity, and foster a positive team culture in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supervising in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards.
• A passion for coaching and developing others.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
