We have exciting opportunities for Warehouse Shift Managers to join our NEW DC based in Ellesmere Port.

As a Warehouse Shift Manager, you will be responsible for driving an efficient team to meet its KPI's and an effective, reliable service to our stores, while meeting all legal requirements. Our Warehouse Managers pride themselves on driving, developing, and leading their teams through motivation, training, and development.

The key accountabilities of the role will be:

• Lead, motivate & inspire to deliver high results & drive maximum productivity
• To ensure consistent high levels of store service
• Responsibility for all operational depts. & to drive continuous improvement
• Engage in the recruitment process & control labour costs
• Ensure that the warehouse H&S standards are maintained
• Lead by example and where necessary, carry out incident and accident investigations

In addition to the relevant management experience, the successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate the following:

• Strong DC experience & knowledge
• A team player with outstanding leadership skills
• Drive to achieve results by setting high standards & committing to clear objectives
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Computer literate with good numeric skills
