Summary

Starting from £29,000 per annum | 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Ongoing training

Shifts - 6am to 2:30pm / 1:30pm to 10pm / 9:30pm to 6am

As a Shift Leader at Lidl, you’ll help run operations in one of our 14 warehouses, leading by example to see the impact of your work at the end of each day. What you'll do

• Manage a team, supporting their development, coaching, and training needs
• Lead shifts, overseeing colleague performance and direct reports
• Collaborate with other Shift Leaders and departments to ensure smooth operations
• Assist the Department Manager with daily operations and personnel management
• Create an environment where your team can perform at their best according to our Leadership & Company Principles
• Mentor colleagues and support their training
• Promote efficient working methods and highlight inefficiencies
• Perform general warehouse duties like stock movement, picking, and returns processing
