Warehouse Shift Leader - Belfast - £25,389

The Position

• This is a full-time permanent position based at our customer's distribution centre in Belfast.
• Rate of pay: £25,389 per annum.
• Shift patterns: 5 days out of 7, shifts between 1pm-9pm.
• Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus a daily 30-minute unpaid break.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing stock accuracy levels within the depot and verifying incoming deliveries against drivers' paperwork.
• Checking the accuracy of loaded trailers and incoming deliveries.
• Responding confidently to verbal instructions and audible warning devices.
• Communicating effectively in written and verbal forms.
• Meeting KPI targets for yourself and your team.
• Performing weekly supervision and providing performance feedback based on audit data.
• Maintaining basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

This role involves achieving daily auditing targets by checking the accuracy of pallets and cages of stock before dispatch to ensure they meet delivery requests and are error-free.
