Job description

Job Title: Shift Leader at Lidl

Salary: £29,000 - £36,000 per annum | Contract: 40 hours/week | Holidays: 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata) | Benefits: 10% in-store discount, ongoing training

What you'll do
  • Line manage and develop your team through coaching and training
  • Lead shifts, ensuring team performance and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with other Shift Leaders and departments for smooth operations
  • Support the Department Manager with daily tasks and personnel management
  • Create a positive environment aligned with our Leadership & Company Principles
  • Mentor colleagues and support their training
  • Identify and promote efficient working methods
  • Perform warehouse duties such as stock movement, picking, and processing returns
