Job Description:

Warehouse Shift Leader - Egham - 38.5 Hours Per Week. Shift pattern - 4 days on, 4 days off, between the hours of 0600-1800. Competitive Annual Salary.

Are you passionate about delivering warehouse operational standards on time, every time? Can you lead, coach, and develop a dynamic and diverse team? As a Warehouse Shift Leader within World Duty Free, you will focus on operations, ensuring the delivery of your department and managing your team. You will motivate and develop your team to achieve high performance in warehouse operations, ensuring our retail outlets receive their orders on time and in full.

Your responsibilities include ensuring all deliveries go out on time and resolving any issues efficiently and effectively. There are opportunities to progress to higher management levels for those ambitious about operational standards, service, and leadership.
