Job summary

Masstemps is recruiting a full-time permanent Warehouse Service Delivery Manager to join our busy warehousing team in Worcester. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service by email and phone, planning delivery runs and inbound shipments, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

You will be comfortable with computers, spreadsheets, and email, support shift managers, manage staffing levels weekly, and help meet inbound and outbound KPIs.

• Experience in warehousing or logistics.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Proficient with computers and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct customer service via Email and phone to existing customers.
• Assist planning of Delivery runs and Inbound shipments.
• Able to use a computer effectively and comfortable managing emails and spreadsheets.
• Assist warehouse Shift Managers in leading the teams and preparing for upcoming cycles regarding Inbound shipments due in and staffing levels weekly, ensuring all customer requests are covered and serviced and planned into the deliveries.
• Make sure our inbound and Outbound KPI's are met each cycle.
• Planning teams out of inbound days for extra work to be carried and special requests.

Masstemps are currently recruiting for a full time, permanent warehouse service delivery manager to join a busy and expanding warehousing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in warehousing or logisitcs, be driven, organised and computer literate.

The role:

1. Provide direct customer service via Email and phone to existing customers
2. Assistantplanningof Delivery runs and Inbound shipments.
3. Able to use a computer effectively and comfortable managing emails and spreadsheets .
4. Assist warehouse Shift Managers in leading the teams and preparing for upcoming cycles regarding Inbound shipments due in and staffing levels weekly, ensuring all customer requests are covered and serviced and planned into the deliveries
5. Make sure our inbound and Outbound KPI's are met each cycle .
6. Planning teams out of inbound days for extra work to be carried and special requests.

Hours of work:

We currently have 2 seperate shift patterns available.

1st - Saturday , Sunday and Monday 09:30- 21:30

2nd - Wednesday , Thursday , Friday - 09:30 - 21:30

These are fixed shifts - you will no rotate.

Rate of pay:

£20.40 per hour - 33 hours.
