Job description

My client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Leader to oversee a small team, including two supervisors, in a busy area of a home delivery furniture warehouse.

The successful candidate must be able to lead from the front and be hands on when necessary.

Shift pattern: 2 weeks on 0530-1400 & 2 weeks on 1400-2230 (rotational)

• A hands on role - involvement in loading and unloading vehicles as well as management of the depot team.

• Travel will be essential to multiple depots to be involved with training as and when needed

Qualifications, skills, and experience

Desirable

• Ideally previous experience within Furniture sector and home delivery.
• Counter balance & reach licences
• Strong/Advanced IT knowledge including Microsoft packages
