Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting an Assembly Operative to join their Oldham team on a temp-to-perm basis. Working hours are 06:30–15:00, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour and overtime available at enhanced rates.

The role covers general warehouse duties, basic assembly and production tasks, and the use of hand and power tools including a router (full training provided).

There is potential to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks based on performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Recent, solid joinery work history with references.
• Hands-on, practical skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong numeracy and literacy; tests conducted at interview.
