A great opportunity within our Grantham depot as we look to appoint a Warehouse Resolution Coordinator on a permanent basis.
This is a critical role that helps to keep our distribution operation running smoothly. As Warehouse Resolutions Coordinator, you will uphold our high standards of dealing with suppliers and stakeholders within the business. The role involves ensuring that our stock is received, recorded, and dispatched correctly and in a timely manner. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues in customer service, warehouse, and distribution teams, and deal quickly with any escalated issues that arise. You will also compile and analyze data to identify and prevent challenges, and to improve processes and ways of working.
To be successful in this role, you will require previous experience in effectively managing customer relations, ideally within a Warehouse Operation. This is a busy role, so being well-organized is essential to meet key milestones and targets for inventory coordination, reporting for costings, and monitoring our end-to-end delivery to ensure the site operates smoothly. The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload is crucial to resolve customer issues and queries quickly and efficiently. You should be a great communicator with a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), alongside SAP WMS and Pickface, would be preferred.
