Job Opportunity: Warehouse Quality Checker

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Quality Checker to join our Segen contract at our facility in Medway CDC, Hoo St Werburgh. As a Quality Checker, you will work both independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of deliveries sent to our customers.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 0600-1400 OR 1400-2200

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Work safely within a team environment.
  2. Adhere to site Health & Safety regulations.
  3. Follow site Safe Systems of Work.
  4. Ensure all stock leaving the warehouse is in perfect condition for customers.
  5. Take QC photos to support customer service queries.
  6. Liaise with the warehouse team to prioritize quality.
  7. Label pallets correctly.
  8. Implement quality control procedures to fulfill customer orders.
  9. Maintain excellent customer service standards and ensure goods meet quality expectations.
