Warehouse/Production Worker - Supervisor

Our online retail business has been expanding rapidly.

The opportunity has arisen for a member of staff to join our team, responsible for barcode labeling goods for dispatch and further developing this growing area of the business. The role involves routine daily packing and labeling of orders, customer service, and the long-term development of the online retail business, including sourcing new products and developing new sales channels. The role also includes supervising another staff member.

Responsibilities:

1. Open and close the premises on time.
2. Barcode label a high volume of products daily.
3. Pack and label orders from our online website, Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces.
4. Liaise with Royal Mail/couriers to book collections and prepare items for dispatch.
5. Maintain a tidy and well-organized stock storage system.
6. Monitor listings and take action on under-performing product lines.

What we are looking for:

The successful applicant should have previous relevant experience and basic knowledge of Windows on PC. Candidates from other backgrounds, including recent graduates, will also be considered. We are looking for someone who:

1. Has a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
2. Possesses excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
3. Can use their initiative.
