Warehouse Planning & Control Team Manager

We are looking for a Planning & Control Team Manager.

Are you an analytical thinker with excellent organizational skills? We are seeking a Planning & Control Team Manager to join our distribution center team. In this role, you will oversee and optimize operational processes, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of key areas in line with the highest standards of quality and safety.

What is your role?

Your specific tasks include:

  1. Managing a team responsible for short- and long-term planning of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, human resources, warehouse locations)
  2. Creating operational schedules and resource demand plans based on historical data and forecasts
  3. Close cooperation with operational and support departments
  4. Streamlining planning processes and implementing best practices
  5. Analyzing and optimizing logistics processes for efficiency, quality, and timeliness
  6. Developing reporting and control tools
  7. Initiating preventive and corrective actions in case of operational deviations
  8. Reporting operational results (KPIs) and supporting continuous improvement activities (Lean, Kaizen)

Who are you?

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Experience in a similar role within logistics, warehousing, or production
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency in tools supporting data analysis
  • Excellent organizational skills and decision-making ability
  • Experience in leading optimization projects
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team
