Net World Sports - Picking & Packing Warehouse Operatives

Net World Sports is seeking Picking & Packing Warehouse Operatives to join our dynamic Warehouse Team. You will be a key part of our daily operations, with a detailed development plan to help you grow your skills and advance your career within the company.

Responsibilities

• Use advanced systems to accurately pick orders in our new 411,000 sq. ft warehouse, maintaining high performance levels to meet targets.
• Follow company and courier guidelines to ensure orders are packed accurately and efficiently, shipping over 16,000 products worldwide on time.
• Assist with additional warehouse responsibilities, taking opportunities to increase your knowledge and develop new skills in a supportive environment.
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures, maintaining a safe and tidy workspace and following all safety rules.

Qualifications

• High standard of work, with willingness to go above and beyond to meet targets and ensure order accuracy. Physical fitness required for walking and lifting heavy items.
• Reliable with good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently using initiative.
• Effective communication skills and team collaboration.
• Computer literacy for system use.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Shift Patterns Available

• AM/PM (37.5 hours/week): Monday – Friday, alternating 6:00AM – 2:30PM and 2:30PM – 11:00PM. Salary: £23,850, with potential increase to £28,050 with bonuses.
• 4On/4Off (182.5 shifts/year): 12-hour shifts, Monday-Saturday, 7:00AM – 7:00PM, and Sundays 10:00AM – 10:00PM. Salary: £24,550, with potential increase to £28,750 with bonuses.
• Flexible Part-Time Evening Shifts: 7:00PM - 11:00PM.
