Job summary

QS Recruitment Ltd is seeking Warehouse Picking Operatives to join a busy fresh produce warehouse in Branston, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for picking orders accurately, preparing goods for dispatch, and moving stock around the warehouse while maintaining a clean working environment.

You will work 4 on 4 off with day shifts (06:00–18:00) or night shifts (18:00–06:00). Hourly rates are £12.71 basic for general days and £13.00 basic for nights, with 28 days annual leave pro-rata and

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Able to work on their feet for extended periods.
• Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Previous warehouse or picking experience is advantageous but not essential.
