Warehouse Operatives – new enhanced bonus rates!

Earn up to £37,804.80 as a Warehouse Operative. Shift: 10pm – 6am NIGHTS, Hull (near North Ferriby). Pay: £13.56 per hour plus bonuses (up to £150 PER WEEK pick bonus and £150 per month attendance bonus). Overtime at time and a half. Heron Foods is a rapidly growing UK food retailer. As a Warehouse Picker, you will help stock our stores, ensuring smooth operations across over 320 locations, with 2,132 deliveries weekly.

We are recruiting full-time Warehouse Operatives (Pickers) on a permanent basis at our Melton site. The role involves picking stock in a fast-paced environment within Freezer, Chilled, or Ambient chambers, working five 8-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend.

This role is performance-driven, with potential to earn an additional £150 weekly bonuses based on targets.

Responsibilities:

• Pick orders using voice-activated headsets, load cages for store deliveries in freezer, chiller, or ambient sections
• Work in conditions as cold as -25°C with provided PPE
• Manage time effectively to meet targets
• Follow all health & safety policies

Skills & experience:

• Essential: time management, accuracy, energy, positive attitude, ability to meet KPIs
• Desirable: previous warehouse experience, voice pick system experience, manual handling skills
