Job summary

All Square Recruitment LTD in Stowmarket is seeking Warehouse Picker Packers for a temporary role with immediate starts. After 12 weeks, there may be a move to a temp-to-perm arrangement based on performance. You will join a large, friendly warehouse team in a busy, supportive environment.

Key duties include accurate picking, careful packing, and ensuring orders are ready for dispatch, with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Picker Packer, or in a similar warehouse, distribution, or logistics role, is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail when picking and packing orders.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a steady pace.
• Good communication, reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Availability for an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately and efficiently from warehouse locations per order requirements.
• Pack items securely and ensure orders are ready for dispatch.
• Check picked and packed orders for accuracy and quality before leaving the warehouse.
• Carry out general warehouse duties, including stock organization and helping the wider team.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised warehouse environment.
• Work with a large warehouse team to meet daily picking and packing targets.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including manual handling procedures.

All Square Recruitment is excited to partner with a well-established warehousing and distribution company based in Stowmarket, Suffolk, to recruit Warehouse Picker Packers on a temporary basis. Immediate starts are available, so this suits candidates who are ready to start straight away. Furthermore, after completing 12 full weeks, and based on performance, there is the opportunity for the role to move to a temp-to-perm basis. You will be joining a large, friendly warehouse team in a busy and supportive environment.
