Warehouse Picker / Packer

Based near junction 12 of the Indurent Business Park

8am to 4pm Monday to Friday

£11.44 increasing to £12.21 from the 1st of April

Weekly pay every Friday plus holiday pay

These are TEMPORARY TO PERMANANT ROLES

We need people for Re-work and picking packing roles

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team. As a Packer, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient packing of products in the warehouse.

There will also be re-working, which involves sticking labels onto products or repackaging them for the customer.

This is light work with occasional lifting of small boxes. The benefit is that this work is long-term ongoing with great hours 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

1. Pack products according to established procedures and guidelines
2. Ensure that all items are properly labelled and packaged for shipment
3. Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all packed items meet our standards
4. Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory and update packing status
5. Collaborate with other team members to coordinate packing schedules and prioritize orders
6. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
8. Re-work – repackaging goods to go out to the customers

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred
2. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
