Insight Employment are seeking a Warehouse Picker/Packer for a client in Northamptonshire. You will pick and pack online orders using a scanner, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in a dusty distribution environment.

Applicants should have warehouse experience with scanners, be physically fit, and provide own transport due to location. Various shifts available, temp to perm opportunities may arise.

Company Overview

Insight Employment are currently seeking Warehouse Picker/Packer for a client of ours in Northampton for immediate starts. Due to the location, you must have your own transport or live local to the area. They are located just off the A5 from Towcester to Northampton.

The Client

Our client is a fulfilment distribution centre, which provides exceptional end-to-end service to meet the customer's needs and works with several diverse clients.

The Role

As a Warehouse Picker/Packer, you will be working in a dusty environment picking a variety of online orders using a scanner gun.

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced in warehouse picking & packing by scanner, labelling, palletising, and put away.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent time keeping.
• Ability to work to targets and meet deadlines.
• Must be physically fit.
• Must have own transport due to the location.
• Must have own safety boots and hi-vis vest.

Shift/Hours

• Working 5 out of 7 days, Monday - Sunday (No Saturday's)
• Early Shift - 07:00am - 03:00pm
• Late Shift - 02:00pm - 10:00pm
• Mid Shift - 10:00am - 06:00pm
