Warehouse Picker - Nights

We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our client's team in Spalding (PE11 2BB). This is a great opportunity for reliable and hardworking people to work in a busy and friendly warehouse environment. No experience needed - just a good attitude and a willingness to learn.

The Spalding site is one of the largest in their Temperature Controlled Distribution network.

No experience necessary - full training will be given!

Role of a Warehouse Picker - Nights

• Receiving and inspecting deliveries of goods and supplies
• Checking for damaged or missing items in received shipments
• Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles using manual handling techniques
• Moving and storing products within the warehouse using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts
• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
• Managing inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and replenishing shelves
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

• Picking various product with scanner
• Some manual picking
• Operating and managing technical equipment
• Adhering to safety management standards
• Adhere to all training, work instructions, and procedures
• Any other duties depend on client needs
• Ability to work within a chilled/cold environment

Pay rates:

NIGHT SHIFT:

• Mon - Friday - £12.81 p/h
• Saturday night - £13.74 p/h
• Sunday night / BH - £14.04 p/h
• OT: (Mon-Fri over 47.5h) £13.51

Shift Patterns Available:

• Thursday to Monday 20:00 - 06:00
• Sunday to Thursday 20:00 - 06:00
• Split Shifts: Monday/Tuesday & Thursday/Friday 18:00 - 06:00

(Includes a 30-minute unpaid break)
