A recruitment agency is seeking Warehouse Pickers and Loaders for a temporary contract in Gloucester with a pay rate of £13.43 p/h. Overview

Job Title: Warehouse Picker / Loader

Location: Gloucester GL2

Pay Rate: £13.43 p/h

Contract: Temporary for 4 weeks, with opportunities for longer term

gap personnel Gloucester, operating as an employment business are currently recruiting for Warehouse Pickers and Loaders, for a fixed term contract for 4 weeks – with potential opportunities for longer term, for one of the growing and prosperous businesses delivering kitchen furniture and worktops.

Responsibilities
  • Picking and packing of multiple items (heavy lifting will be involved)
  • Ensuring all items are correctly packed and labelled, and match relevant paperwork
  • Storing and rotating stock according to established procedures
  • Defects or damage reported directly to Warehouse Manager or Supervisor
  • Number of stock items checked as per delivery
  • Stock replenishment and put away
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
Requirements / Qualities

Successful candidate will be a reliable, hardworking team player who is dependable, flexible and well organised. For those who are successful after their probation period, permanent opportunities are available alongside great growth and development within the business.

Pay and Shift
  • Pay Rate: £13.43 p/h
  • Shift and working hours: Monday – Friday, 12:00pm – 20:30pm
