Job summary

Kronospan Ltd is recruiting warehouse pickers to support a new project. You will efficiently pick, prepare, label, band, and despatch orders, while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Training is provided and previous warehouse picking experience is desirable but not essential. The role is a day shift with potential for a shift pattern in the future to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse picking or warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
• FLT licence or experience operating warehouse equipment is advantageous.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Pick, prepare and despatch customer orders safely and accurately.
• Label, band and prepare orders for dispatch within agreed timescales.
• Make best use of warehouse systems, equipment and resources to support operations.
• Maintain PPE and safety procedures and report any defects.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including Forklift Trucks (FLT) where authorised, and carry out pre-use safety checks.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe during each shift.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet targets and customer expectations.

As the world leader in the manufacturing of wood based panel products, we are seeking a loyal, ambitious and passionate warehouse pickers to support a new project for the business.

• We depend on our Warehouse Pickers to efficiently pick, prepare, and despatch customer orders while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and productivity.
• Ensure customer orders are picked, labelled, banded, and prepared for dispatch safely and within agreed timescales.
• Make the best use of our warehouse systems, equipment, and resources to support the smooth operation of the business.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety at all times, following company procedures and wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Operate warehouse equipment, including Forklift Trucks (FLT) and Electric Pump Trucks (where authorised), carrying out pre-use safety checks and reporting any defects.
• Follow safe manual handling techniques when moving materials and products.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe throughout each shift.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to meet operational targets and customer expectations.
