As a Workshop Parts Supervisor at one of Europe's largest and most successful dealerships, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our workshop. You'll manage the parts department to deliver excellent service, supporting our technicians to ensure vehicles are repaired efficiently and to the highest standards.

Requirements
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop parts department.
  • Ensure timely and accurate supply of parts to the workshop to minimise vehicle downtime.
  • Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers to maintain smooth operations.
  • Manage stock levels, optimise inventory, and ensure effective stock control.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the parts team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the workshop and service teams to ensure all parts requirements are met efficiently.
  • Implement strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
