Overview

Class 1 Personnel is Hiring: Warehouse Parcel Sorter based in Lutterworth (commuting to Atherstone)

We're looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Parcel Sorters to support our client at their busy Atherstone mail centre during the peak Christmas period. Are you based in Lutterworth and able to commute to Atherstone?

Start Date: 3rd November (onsite induction may be required earlier)
Contract: Temporary role to support the busy Christmas period

Shifts and Pay

• AM Shift: 06:30 - 14:00 - £14.48 per hour

• PM Shift: 14:30 - 22:00 - £14.48 per hour

• Night Shift: 22:30 - 06:00 - £15.74 per hour

• Overtime: £16.33 per hour (after 40 hours completed)

• Breaks: 40-minute unpaid break per shift

Key Duties

• Manually sorting parcels and mail by postcode

• Loading and unloading vehicles and cages

• Keeping the work area clean, safe, and organised

• Working efficiently to tight deadlines

Requirements

• 5 years of checkable work references (must)

• Ideally 3 months' recent experience in warehousing, parcel sorting, or a similar physical role

• Physically fit - able to lift and move parcels throughout the shift

• Punctual, dependable, and detail-focused

Additional Details

• Induction: Must be available to attend an onsite induction before the start date

• DBS Check: Applicants must be happy to complete a standard DBS check
