We are currently recruiting forklift-qualified warehouse operatives to join the busy team at the North Scarle Lincoln factory.
The purpose of the role is to assist supervisors in the smooth operation of the factory, to meet department targets and fulfill orders while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and handling pet food goods.
• Loading and unloading of vehicles
• Picking orders using the Cmex system
• Ensuring products are stored correctly and maintaining traceability at all times
• Upholding food safety standards consistently
Duration: This is an ongoing role with permanent contact, with work commencing immediately.
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £12.54 per hour (basic), £18.81 per hour (overtime for hours over 40 per week). Starting wage: £490 per week.
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off, rotating weekly between days and nights.
Days: 0600 - 1800
Nights: 1800 - 0600

Requirements:
– Valid in-date Forklift license.
– Motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
– Excellent attitude towards teamwork and willingness to assist colleagues.
– Good spoken and written English skills.
