Job summary

Impact Recruitment are recruiting for a Packing & Quality Control Operative to join our client, who sell and distribute clothing across the UK. The role is based in Northampton and offers a temp-to-perm path. You will be picking/packing clothing, performing quality checks, and using despatch systems to process orders.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30. A detail-oriented, proactive candidate with good IT skills will thrive in a small team and contribute to high standards of despatch and

What You’ll Be Doing

• Picking and packing clothing products for customers.
• Maintaining accurate stock levels throughout the department.
• Carrying out quality control checks on products before despatch.
• Correcting minor issues where possible.
• Ensuring products are handled carefully and presented to the required standard.
• Using despatch systems and order management software to process customer orders.
• Following company procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Supporting the team to ensure the department remains safe, secure and organised.
