Job summary

Berry Recruitment is seeking warehouse order pickers/loader operatives in Marden. Shift 10:00–19:30, Mon-Fri with flexi finish during busy periods. You will check stock, pick orders and perform heavy manual handling with lots of walking (up to 10 miles per day). Roles are temp-perm with potential profit share/overtime on perm.

Safety boots and Hi Vis vest required; own transport preferred due to location and varying shift timings.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse roles is beneficial.
• Ability to follow picking instructions accurately.
• Comfort with manual handling and long periods of walking.

Responsibilities

• Check stock levels and pick orders to meet daily targets.
• Load items safely and maintain tidy work area.
• Maintain accuracy in order picking to ensure correct shipments.
