Job summary

GI Group is hiring Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers in Atherstone. The role relocates to Bardon, Coalville in 2027 and is offered on a full-time temporary-to-permanent basis with progression opportunities.

You will work in a busy environment with a friendly team, starting early shifts (5am or 6am) and approximately 7–8 hours per shift. The contract offers annual pay increases and secure prospects once permanent.

Qualifications

• Must have own transport to Atherstone CV9 and Bardon, Coalville LE67 for 2027 transfer.
• Available to work weekends on a rota.
• Site tours and interviews to be arranged.

Responsibilities

• Operate LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) - Training Provided
• Stack goods onto pallets
• Quality checking goods
• Deliver to Despatch
• The role can be physically demanding with heavy lifting
• Ideal candidates should be flexible to work in other areas/departments as needed
