Job summary

GI Group Main Account is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives / Loaders in Atherstone with relocation to Bardon, Coalville LE67 in 2027. The role is Temp-Perm, on-site with 8am-Finish shifts, typically 8–9 hours, and a 5 days on/3 days off pattern. Start times are flexible and progression to permanent is offered after probation.

Duties include loading/unloading goods, operating LLOP, moving pallets and lifting as required; training is provided and there are company benefits once permanent.

Qualifications

• Experience in Warehouse Operations preferred.
• Flexibility to start ±2 hours and weekends on rotation.
• Drug and alcohol tests required before start.

Location: Atherstone CV9 - will be relocating to Bardon, Coalville LE67 in 2027

Duration: Full Time - Temp-Perm

Working Hours:

• 8am-Finish (must be flexible with start time)
• Average 8-9 hours per shift
• 5 days on / 3 days off

Requirements:

• Ideally have own transport to Atherstone CV9 and Bardon, Coalville LE67 if happy to transfer in 2027
• Be flexible to start 2 hours either side of start time on occasion
• Available to work weekends on a Rota
• Site tour and interviews are to be arranged
• Drug and Alcohol tests will be required before start
