Join one of the area's best logistics and distribution companies! Connect Appointments is looking for reliable individuals to become Order Pickers for one of our clients.

Working within their Bathgate facility, this is a 30-hour ongoing temporary role, leading to a full-time permanent contract for the right candidate.

Twilight Shifts based on the rota:

• Working hours: 4pm to finish

Pay rate:

• Between 22.00 to 04.00 - £18.35 per hour
• Between 04.00 to 22.00 - £14.68 per hour

As an Order Picker, your duties will include: Using headsets, barcodes, and serial numbers to locate the correct items for shipment, ensuring inventory is managed accurately. Your responsibilities also include:

• Safely picking items from shelves
• Packaging completed orders
• Completing necessary invoicing or paperwork
• Unloading deliveries from trucks
• Assisting with the distribution of goods throughout the warehouse
• Performing warehouse cleaning duties if necessary

To be successful in this position, you should have: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment; the ability to follow written and verbal instructions; experience using picking machines and manual picking; the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
