Job summary

CyDen is seeking Warehouse Operators in Swansea to join the Warehouse Department on a fixed-term basis of 3 months, with a view to extension. The role involves supporting movement, preparation and supply of materials to production operations, as well as movement and storage of finished goods.

Working across Decant and Line Feeding as required by business needs. Shifts include days and other schedules; a variety of benefits are offered such as health cash back, pension contributions and 25 days

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organised and methodical approach to work.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good numeracy skills for stock records and counts.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible work ethos.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pick and move materials required for production.
• Supply production lines with the correct materials and quantities.
• Move and store materials and finished goods safely and accurately.
• Maintain accurate stock records and traceability.
• Follow all Health & Safety, quality and warehouse procedures.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and waste management.
• Report any issues to the Warehouse Team Leader.
• Support continuous improvement within the Warehouse and Production areas.
• Carry out other reasonable duties to support the business.
