Job summary

THG Manufacturing, part of THG Nutrition, is hiring a Warehouse Operative for the David Berryman site in Luton. You’ll manage safe, accurate receipt, storage, movement and dispatch of goods, supporting production and customer requirements while upholding food safety, quality and stock accuracy.

Collaborating with Warehouse, Production, Technical and Logistics teams, you’ll drive inventory control and continuous improvement. A Counterbalance FLT licence is essential, Reach Truck is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/logistics environment preferred.
• Counterbalance FLT licence essential.
• Reach Truck licence desirable.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and verify supplier deliveries against documentation.
• Store raw materials, packaging and finished goods in designated locations.
• Pick, prepare and issue materials to production accurately and on time.
• Prepare customer orders for dispatch with correct labelling and documentation.
• Support inventory counts and stock takes to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain stock control and ensure safe, clean working environment.
