Job Title: Installation & Collection operative

Location: TW1 1JN, South West London

Salary: £35,000 per year

Start Date: ASAP

We are currently looking for an Ex Military or athlete to join our logistics team at a dynamic interiors company based in South West London. This role involves the delivery and collection of home staging furniture, art, and accessories for our clients. Full training is provided, and while prior experience in removals or logistics is preferred, it's not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics & Transportation: Drive a 3.5-ton Luton van (training available if needed), assist with loading and unloading installations, collections, and packing materials.
• Warehouse Duties: Maintain cleanliness and organization in a 6,000 sq ft warehouse, wrap, pack, stack, and store furniture and accessories, conduct routine vehicle checks, and assist with unpacking deliveries.
• Client Interaction: Represent the company professionally with clients, designers, and agents, maintaining a clean and presentable appearance.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics team, offering support and maintaining high standards.

Requirements:

• Ex Military or athlete
• Driving License: Clean driving license (experience with a 3.5-ton Luton van preferred, training provided).
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to carry out heavy lifting.
• Education: Minimum GCSE-level education.
• Personal Traits: Good communication skills, punctual, reliable, and a team player.

Desirable:

• Previous removal or logistics experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekend work required
• Must be based locally to TW1 1JN for reliable commuting
