Duties

What you will do:

The Warehouse Operator role is vital to our business, emphasizing Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement as core values. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Handling and processing customer goods in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Strict adherence to Site GMP Quality Standards.
• Assisting in non-conformance and root cause analysis investigations and reporting.
• Recording and reporting any damage using site procedures.
• Reading dosimetry to ensure correct irradiation levels; full training will be provided.
• Loading and unloading customer products from trailers using a forklift.
• Loading and unloading totes (Auto Plant).
• Updating Plant SQDC boards and attending daily PIT meetings.
• Verifying, labeling customer products, and placing the correct dosimeters/BIs as per SOPs.
• Processing all customer products according to parameters and instructions.
• Ensuring proper handover with all records and standards maintained.
• Participating in ongoing improvement of Site 5S Standards during shifts.
• Conducting regular 5S audits and following up on actions.
• Maintaining cleanliness standards and completing cleaning registers daily.
• Carrying out secondary duties as per internal procedures.
• Counting consumable stock daily and notifying management when re-order levels are reached.
