Job summary

Butcombe Group is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team at Polden, supporting efficient warehouse operations, accurate storage, picking and distribution. You will be part of a friendly team that values teamwork, authenticity and doing things the right way.

You’ll contribute to stock putaway, order picking, housekeeping, and adherence to health and safety standards while collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across the warehouse.

• Good physical fitness and confidence with manual handling tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong time management skills with a reliable and dependable approach.
