Job summary

LanceSoft UK in Aberdeen is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to support safe, efficient warehouse and yard operations and ensure accuracy of SAP transactions.

You will operate forklifts, manage inventory, and collaborate with Logistics, Service Delivery, and Workshop teams to meet on-time deliveries while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum B1 and B2 Forklift Certification is required.
• 2 years of warehouse experience minimum.
• Experience handling hazardous/dangerous goods preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, move, and ship inventory and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment within the Warehouse and Yard.
• Perform inventory counts, asset verification, and SAP transactions accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment while adhering to all HSE and quality requirements.
• Support Lean and 6S initiatives to optimise workflow and Warehouse efficiency.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Service Delivery, and Workshop teams to ensure on-time deliveries and shipments.
• Identify continuous improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

Job description

• Candidate must be able to operate and lift loads up to 16 tonnes.
• Minimum B1 and B2 Forklift Certification is required.
• Candidate can be trained for B3 certification if needed.
• Previous Combilift forklift experience is mandatory.
• Experience with SAP or any ERP system is required.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience is required.
• Experience handling dangerous goods/hazardous materials is preferred.
