The Job

The Work:

• Receiving deliveries and signing delivery notes or receipts.
• Checking goods for missing or damaged items.
• Unloading goods manually, with trolleys or forklift trucks.
• Stacking goods in designated areas.
• Maintaining records of goods, typically on a computer.
• Regular stock control activities.
• Occasional selling of items to customers.
• Picking, weighing, or packing goods for dispatch.
• Keeping work areas clean and organized.
