Warehouse Operatives Wanted - Immediate Start

We are looking for dedicated warehouse operatives to join our team in Coventry. Various shifts are available, including:

• AM shifts: 6 am - 2 pm or 8 am - 4 pm, with lots of overtime
• PM shifts: 4 pm - 12 am, 6 pm - 2 am, 8 pm - 6 am, plus overtime

Pay rates are as follows:

• Standard hours: £17.60/hour (day), £22.50/hour (evening/night)
• Overtime: £22.50/hour (day), £28.70/hour (evening/night)

Positions are available on a PAYE or Self-Employed basis, full-time or part-time, with permanent contracts. Employees are paid weekly.

Candidate Requirements:

• Flexible and adaptable to switch between tasks during a shift
• Capable of handling parcels up to 30kg and pushing items up to 250kg (assistance provided for larger items)
• Physically able to manage heavy goods
• Dedicated, motivated, and able to work various shifts

No prior experience is required, but it is a plus. Experience with companies like Amazon, DPD, DHL, XPO, or similar is desirable.
