Job summary

Warehousing Solutions Ltd in Portsmouth is seeking a warehouse operative to handle deliveries, stock and order fulfilment. The role offers flexible working options, day and night shifts, and both full-time and part-time contracts with weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Carry out stock control on a regular basis.
• Sometimes sell items to customers.
• Pick, weigh or pack goods that have to be sent out.
• Keep work areas clean and tidy.

Days and Nights are available.

Full and Part time work is available.

PAYE or Self Employed roles.

Paid on a weekly basis.

Weekends are available.

Starting with £19.50 hour on days and £22.50 hour on nights. Overtime and bank holidays are paid at £25.50 hour.

The Job

The Work

You could be:

• taking delivery of goods and signing the delivery notes or receipts
• checking goods for missing or damaged items
• unloading goods by hand, with trolleys or forklift trucks
• stacking goods in the correct place
• keeping records of goods, normally on a computer
• carrying out stock control on a regular basis
• sometimes selling items to customers
• picking, weighing or packing goods that have to be sent out
• keeping the work areas clean and tidy.
