Job summary

BSH Home Appliances Group is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Corby to pick, pack and load goods, operate counterbalance forklift and support a safe, organized warehouse. You will work as part of a team to meet dispatch deadlines and uphold quality standards.

The role requires proven warehouse experience, FLT certification, and a proactive attitude towards safety and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant warehouse experience in picking & loading activities.
• FLT counterbalance forklift certification (1 year minimum) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order picking and preparing customer orders to dispatch deadlines.
• Load goods safely onto vehicles.
• Operate MHE in a safe, compliant manner.
• Follow health and safety procedures and carry out equipment checks.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain productivity and quality.

Your Responsibilities

• Order Picking- Accurately pick and prepare customer orders in line with dispatch requirements and deadlines.
• Loading of Goods- Safely and efficiently load goods onto vehicles, ensuring correct handling and secure placement.
• Operation of MHE- Operate counterbalance truck in a safe and compliant manner.
• Health & Safety Compliance- Follow all health & safety procedures, carry out equipment checks, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Team Contribution & Continuous Improvement- Work collaboratively within the team, actively contributing to productivity, quality standards, and continuous improvement activities.
  

Your Profile

• Relevant Warehouse Experience Proven experience in a warehouse environment, particularly in picking & loading activities.
• FLT Skills & Certification Minimum 1 year’s experience operating a counterbalance forklift truck; clamp attachment experience is a plus.
• Positive Attitude & Ambition Motivated and ambitious individual with a desire to learn, grow, and develop within the company.
• Team Player with Strong Work Ethic Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining high standards of attendance and performance.
