We are seeking Warehouse LLOP Pickers / FLT drivers to join the Impact / Howdens team based in Raunds, NN9 6RJ.

Shifts & Pay Rates

• Fixed Shift
• Monday - Friday 12pm-8pm
• Paying £12.65/hour plus an additional £1.10/hour between 6pm-8pm, rising to £14.95/hour plus an additional £2.65/hour between 6pm-8pm after 12 weeks.
• Rotating Shift
• Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
• Paying £14.01/hour rising to £16.67/hour after 12 weeks.
• NIGHTSHIFT
• Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6am
• Paying £14.86/hour rising to £17.60/hour after 12 weeks.
• Plus opportunity to earn up to an additional £3/hr personal performance bonus

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Have previous experience within a warehouse environment
• Continuously work in a safe manner to adhere to health and safety rules.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Quality checking of products.
• Use manual handling to safely stack and band products.
• Perform housekeeping duties to ensure high hygiene levels for all shifts.
• Working additional hours/shifts when the company requires.
• This role involves heavy lifting

Location & Commuting

Commutable from: Northampton, Wellingborough, Corby, Kettering, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Thrapston, Rushden, Oundle and Bedford - Public transport will not run from these locations in line with shift times
