Job description

Stockroom Controllers wanted for a quick start this month in Southampton.

Full-time available: 45 hours+ per week (lots of overtime available)

Part-time available: Up to 20 hours per week

Pay rates: £18.60/hour on days, £23.50/hour on nights, and £28.50/hour for overtime and bank holidays worked

Roles: PAYE or Self-Employed roles. Paid weekly on Friday or monthly, according to preference.

The Work

You could be:

• Taking delivery of goods and signing delivery notes or receipts
• Checking goods for missing or damaged items
• Unloading goods by hand, with trolleys or forklift trucks
• Stacking goods in the correct place
• Keeping records of goods, usually on a computer
• Carrying out stock control regularly
• Sometimes selling items to customers
• Picking, weighing, or packing goods for dispatch
• Maintaining clean and tidy work areas
