Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking a Warehouse Operative for an ongoing full‑time position with day shift starts at 11am/12pm and regular overtime. The role is based in Wardpark with both chilled and ambient environments.

You will break down and allocate goods, aim to meet targets set by the shift manager, and perform other duties including heavy lifting as required. Training is provided even if prior warehouse experience is limited; a positive attitude, reliability and punctual timekeeping are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
• Must have a good attention to detail.
• Must have a positive attitude and be extremely reliable.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Punctual with excellent timekeeping and attendance.

Full-time ongoing warehouse positions in Wardpark, Day Shift, 11am/12pm starts £13.65ph

The role:

• Flexible shifts: 11am/12pm start 6-8 hour shifts
• 5 out of 7 shift patterns including 1 or 2 weekend days

As a Warehouse Operative you will be:

• Working in a chilled and ambient environment
• Breaking down and allocating goods
• Achieving targets and job standards set out by the shift manager
• Other duties which may include heavy lifting

The ideal Warehouse Operative will have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided
• Must have a good attention to detail
• Must have a positive attitude and be extremely reliable
• Ability to work under pressure, and to deadlines
• Punctual with excellent timekeeping and attendance
