Job summary

Warehousing Solutions Ltd in Southampton is seeking Stockroom Controllers to start quickly. The role covers receiving deliveries, signing notes, checking for damage, unloading, stock control, and keeping computer records.

Hours are 45+ per week with overtime; PAYE or Self-Employed options. Weekly or monthly pay is available, with benefits including free work gear and travel support.

Qualifications

• Experience with stock control and goods receipt.
• Ability to operate a forklift and keep accurate records.
• Willingness to work variable hours including overtime.

Responsibilities

• taking delivery of goods and signing the delivery notes or receipts
• checking goods for missing or damaged items
• unloading goods by hand, with trolleys or forklift trucks
• stacking goods in the correct place
• keeping records of goods, normally on a computer
• carrying out stock control on a regular basis
• sometimes selling items to customers
• picking, weighing or packing goods that have to be sent out
• keeping the work areas clean and tidy

Stockroom Controllers wanted for a quick start this month in Southampton.

Full time available 45 hours + week ( lots of overtime available)

Part time up to 20 hours per week

Starting with £18.60 hour on days, £23.50 hour on nights and £28.50 for overtime and any bank holidays that you work

PAYE or Self-Employed roles.

Paid each week on Friday or we can pay you on a monthly basis.

The Work

You could be:
