Warehouse Operative – Bristol Severn Beach. Are you looking for a stable role with a clear path for pay increases and skill development? We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Severn Beach . Pay & Benefits: We offer a competitive tiered pay structure that rewards your commitment to the team: Period Standard Hourly Rate Overtime Rate (1.25x)

Nihgt shift £13.00ph

Overtime over 40h £ 16.25ph

Monday to Friday 09.00 -17.00

The Role: You will be a key part of our logistics chain, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Picking & Packing: Accurately selecting items for dispatch. Goods Receiving: Handling incoming shipments and verifying stock. Operational Support: Maintaining a safe and tidy workspace.

What We’re Looking For: To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be dependable and ready to jump in. Essential:

Transport: Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to your own car (due to site location). Experience: Previous experience in Picking, Packing, or Goods Receiving
