Warehouse Operatives – Brackmills, Northampton

Ongoing work| Competitive Pay | Immediate Starts
We are currently seeking dependable and experienced Warehouse Operativesto join our team in Brackmills, Northampton, supporting a leading retail client.

About the Role:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital part in the smooth running of daily operations, ensuring products are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

Shifts:
6am - 2pm OR 2pm - 10pm
At least one day at the weekend will be required on your shift pattern.

Payrates:
AM Shift
£12.21 p/h
Overtime £18.32 p/h

PM shift (hours after 18:00)
£15.21 p/h
Overtime £22.82 p/h

Key Responsibilities:

Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
Operating MHE (Manual Handling Equipment) safely and efficiently
Receiving and storing stock
Adhering to health and safety guidelines
Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet targetsRequirements:

Previous warehouse experience is essential
MHE experience required
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
