B&M Retail recherche des Opérateurs d'Entrepôt pour rejoindre notre Centre de Distribution à Speke. Le rôle consiste à garantir la bonne gestion des stocks en préparant les produits pour nos magasins. En plus des tâches quotidiennes, nous offrons une prime de picking et des opportunités de développement au sein de l'entreprise. Les candidats doivent être motivés, capables de travailler en équipe et aimeront être actifs au sein d'un environnement dynamique.

We are currently looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our Speke Distribution Centre

New Rates:

• Days = £
• Nights = £
• Weekend Days = £
• Weekend Nights= £

Don’t forget a picking incentive which could see you earning up to an additional £2.90 an hour! We also pay 1.5x overtime during October, November, December.

We have increased our Holiday Entitlement along with service!

Our Available Shifts:

• Monday – Friday from 10pm – 6am
• Saturday - Monday from 6am - 6pm
• Saturday - Monday from 6pm - 6am
• Rotation - Monday - Friday (6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm)

This role involves no freezer work!

So what does the role of a Warehouse Colleague entail:

Warehouse colleagues are responsible for serving our customers better than anyone else! We do this by getting the right stock, at the right time, to the right place.

• Picking product to go to our stores is the key part of a colleague’s role.
• You will be trained how to drive safely around our warehouse, on our Mechanical Handling Equipment, called LLOPs.
• Once you know how to drive a LLOP, you will be trained on how to pick product correctly for stores and ensure they are beautifully stacked on a pallet ready to go!

What else do you need to know:

• No chill or freezer work
• We are looking for team players who also thrive when working independently.
• You must be self-motivated, can work at pace, meet the required standards and targets.
• The role can be physically demanding, however, rest assured it will keep you active.
• Although experience is desirable, it is not essential.
