Job summary

Great Bear is seeking warehouse operatives for various shifts involving order picking and stock assembly. The ideal candidate will possess Reach and VNA experience and be capable of working in a fast-paced, safety-focused warehouse environment. Job description

• Monday-Friday rotation - 06:00am-14:00pm and 14:00pm-22:00pm.
• Monday-Friday Nights - 22:00pm-06:00am.
• 4ON 4OFF Days 06:00am-18:00pm or Nights 18:00pm-06:00am.
• £12.21 per hour for unskilled roles.
• £12.69 per hour for Skilled roles.
• An extra £1.75 per hour for Nights.

Job Duties will include but not limited to the following:

• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintain high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Reach and VNA experience is preferable for this role.
• Ability to work within a warehouse environment.
• Able to work to targets within a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning.
• Conscientious and reliable nature.
